My Helmet Cover strictly follows the design of the original in terms of player control, realizing the original “frame by frame” movement mechanism, making the player's operation feel consistent with the original. The death mechanism is also fully restored to the original version, when the falling object hits the player up to 3 times, the game ends immediately. Meanwhile, the scoring system accurately reproduces the scoring mechanism when the player successfully enters the doorway.
At the same time, I implemented the Animator component mainly on the falling items. When falling items spawn, they default to the “Dropped State” animation, which is a natural downward motion. When these items come into contact with the player, they immediately switch to the “Death State” animation by setting the Trigger parameter.
